Hellooooo Break Free'rs!


I'm gonna give you a quick update on what's happening at Break Free Headquarters.


The leaflets are all done and sent out to various churches in and around Manchester,Liverpool & Bootle.
Jesse & I felt strongly when we decided to do Break Free that it should bring many different youth groups together and help them to all work together. A good example of this is the fact that our live artists are from Manchester,St. Helens & Bootle. Some people are even coming from as far as London. Which is something that Jesse & I never planned God just opened the door to us! 


Some amazing things are happening at The Lighthouse as a result of this movement! So come on join the revolution! =D x

Hello Break Free'rs !


It's been all hands on deck at The Lighthouse Church (my church & venue for Break Free) this week. 


There has been a number of events in the past few weeks including our Grand Opening, Aspire Unleashed (Elim's National Women's Initiative) and our First Altitude after the summer break. Altitude is our once monthly Worship Media Service on a Sunday night.


I've been involved in the worship team for all these events and I can honestly say the atmosphere has been electric! God's Presence just keeps on moving through his people. Last night's Altitude was just another level of worship God really came and met us! =D


I'll talk more about the events we're doing and have done over my next few blogs.


Soooo back to Break Free! 


I can officially announce that our leaflets are out tomorrow! yeyyy can't wait to send them out!

Hello Break Free'rs!

Well since this is my first blog I would like to say a big hello to all you Break Free'rs. God has amazing plans for this generation and I believe that this is going to be the catalyst for greater things to come. Break Free is set to be a great day with many great bands planning on coming. If you are still unsure on whether to come, I really encourage you to make the decision to come. Besides the fact that the event is free, I truly believe that God is really going to move. Recently God has been speaking to me on how our generation will do greater things for Him. Well I hope you guys are all doing good, and I look forward to writing to you guys next. Rhea's First Blog Entry

Hello Hello,
i'm Rhea and i'm one half of the duo that is the organisers of Break Free!

This is my first personal Break Free Blog,

And it's exciting =D

Jesse & I are going to be writing these personal blogs to share our different expirences of Break Free 2010! =D
I am soooo looking to November 20th!! It's going to be awesome!

I think my highlight of the day will be all the bands we have playing. Which include our very own Pete Reynolds who will be playing a few songs off his fast selling debut  album 'Make A Way.'

Daviglio are a duo with a mission to see young peoples lives changed by their passion for God and Music. And it shows in their Music and song writing skills.

Ian Yates will also be joining us to do some of his songs off his 'The Hope Of Glory' CD!
Ian's a Singer/Songwriter from Bootle and has a raw energy and talent.

Gospel Rock are also playing a key part in this event bringing us two more acts - the acts are still to be confirmed so i'll announce this as soon as i know.

So VERY VERY exciting stuff!

We are in the process of finshing our leaflets at the moment, we just have some final details to confirm and then we can get them all sent out! The leaflets are looking awesome, can't wait for you all to see them.

Break Free Blog Launch

Hello to all you Break Free'rs out there.


A walm welcome from Jesse and I here in The Lighthouse headquaters in Manchester.
We are so excited about Break Free 2010 with all the bands we've been booking in and everything thats going hand in hand with organising this event.


For those of you who don't know that much about the event i'll explain now - but your best checking out the facebook fan page @www.facebook.com/breakfree2010.


The Event
Break Free 2010 is a day packed full of Worship, Bands, Seminars, Workshops and just FUN! 


The seminars will be based on how you can change the world ! so basically how to be 'World Changers'


Workshops will be based around four specific topics including things like the extravagant life of worship and Life's decisions. During the day there will be an Open Mic stage.


Also during the day there will be two worship sessions lead by the fabulous Lighthouse Worship Team.


After 7 the fun really begins with a musical extravaganza! This is where all the talented bands come in and do their thing! We have bands like Davigilo, Pete Reynolds, Ian Yates and Gospel Rock are actively involved in the event.


Break Free 2o1o is on 20th November 2010 from 2pm till 8pm
